Terms of Service & Partnership Agreement

This Agreement governs the relationship between ReWeave360 and the Partner (Hotel, Hospital, or Commercial Establishment). By accessing the ReWeave360 portal and requesting linen collection, you confirm you are a legally recognized business entity with the authority to dispose of the textile assets submitted for recycling.

ReWeave Coins are a digital representation of ecological impact and hold no literal cash value. The following terms apply to coin accrual and redemption:

• Verification: Coins are issued only after a logistics partner verifies the net weight of collected linen at our facility.
• Exchange Rate: The conversion rate of Kilograms to Coins is determined by ReWeave360 and is subject to change based on market recycling costs.
• Expiration: Unless stated otherwise, earned coins are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of the last verified pickup.

To maintain operational efficiency, Partners agree to the following logistics standards:

Items available in the ReWeave360 Marketplace are fulfilled by third-party suppliers or our house brand. By redeeming coins, you acknowledge:

• Non-Transferable: Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or sold to third parties.
• Out of Stock: We reserve the right to cancel a redemption if the item is no longer available, in which case coins will be refunded to your account.
• Warranties: Product warranties for rewards are provided solely by the original manufacturer, not ReWeave360.

ReWeave360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India (or your primary operating city).
