All items redeemed through the ReWeave360 Marketplace are subject to a standard processing window of 5 to 7 business days. Once handed over to our verified logistics partners, delivery within major metropolitan areas typically occurs within 3 to 5 business days. For remote locations, please allow up to 14 business days for final delivery.
Standard shipping for reward items is currently provided free of charge to all active ReWeave360 hotel and hospital partners as part of our circular commitment. Should premium or express shipping be required for urgent facility supplies, additional coin balances or service fees may apply.
Because the ReWeave360 ecosystem operates on a reward-based coin redemption model rather than traditional retail, all redemptions are final. We do not offer "change of mind" returns once an item has been dispatched. We strongly encourage partners to review product specifications in the catalog before redeeming their coin balances.
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Reports should be sent to logistics@reweave360.com with a clear photograph of the item and its packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped at no additional cost to you.
Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances. If a redeemed item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, the total coin balance used for that redemption will be instantly credited back to your Partner Dashboard.
