Reward & Redemption Policy

Governing the exchange of textile waste for circular value within the ReWeave360 ecosystem.

01. Program Overview

The ReWeave360 Reward Program is designed to incentivize the hospitality and medical sectors to divert discarded linen from landfills into our regional recycling streams. By participating, your establishment earns "Reweave Coins"—a digital token of environmental impact—which can be exchanged for sustainable goods and facility supplies in our marketplace.

02. Earning ReWeave Coins

Coins are issued based on the verified weight of the linen collected from your facility. The standard calculation is performed at our regional processing plant using calibrated scales. Coins are usually credited to your Partner Dashboard within 72 hours of the pickup being marked as "Complete" by our logistics team.

Please note that contaminated textiles (e.g., hazardous medical waste or wet linen) may be rejected or subject to a lower weight-to-coin conversion rate due to the increased cost of safe disposal or drying processing.

03. The Redemption Process

All redemptions must be processed through the official ReWeave360 Partner Dashboard. Once you have accumulated the required balance for a specific reward, you may submit a "Redemption Request." This action immediately reserves the product and deducts the corresponding coin balance from your account.

04. Fulfillment & Logistics

Reward fulfillment is managed by either the ReWeave360 logistics network or our verified third-party vendors. The standard lead time for reward dispatch is 7 to 14 business days from the date of redemption.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated notification via the email address on file, containing a unique tracking ID and shipping link. We aim for door-to-door delivery at the hotel lobby or specified receiving bay.

05. Cancellations & Damaged Goods

Because the ReWeave marketplace operates on a circular exchange model, all reward redemptions are final and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. We recommend reviewing your selection carefully before submitting a request.

In the rare event that an item is delivered damaged or defective, the Partner must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt. You may do this by contacting support@reweave360.com with high-resolution photos of the damage. If verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full coin refund to your account.

06. Program Modifications

ReWeave360 reserves the right to modify the coin values of items in the marketplace, introduce expiration dates for balances, or alter the rewards catalog at any time without prior notice. However, we will always honor the coin value of redemptions already "In Progress."
